All orders will be shipped directly from our factory in China via DHL/UPS Air which takes about 3 to 5 days. Please allow up to 3 days to process your order.

You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on DHL/UPS official site.

Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original package for a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping cost incurred for returning any products.
